Brown's Bar-B-Q is a family story slow-smoked over decades — starting with a Styrofoam cooler of brisket burritos that sparked Midland's entire food truck scene.
First time coming here and it was great! Our food was made to order and was wonderful! We both got the hamburgers and truffles fries! Definitely recommend.
